First Backup Your all impotent data than hard reset your device after that all data will be lost. Remove Sim card and memory card .
Make sure your device battery is not empty.

1. Pressing power key to turn off your call phone.

2. Than press and hold together Volume Up + Home + Power key to turn on device until show logo on screen.

3. When Show android recovery menu on screen release all keys.
