At First Backup Your all data like contact, message, videos, photos etc after reset all data will be wipe. make sure your battery charge is 70% up.
1. Pressing Power key to Turn off your smart phone.
2. now press and hold until device is vibrate.
3. Now Press and hold Volume down key until you see the exclamation (!) mark on display
4. after show this (!) mark on display release all keys.
5. now press the keys following sequence of keys: Volume Up >> Volume Down >> Power >> Volume Down.
Done.
