This post i will share with you how you can reset your android smartphone vivo y11. before reset your device password at first remove sim card and memory card. make sure battery charge is up to 70%. after hard reset all data will be wipe you can't recovery your data.

First Method:

1. At First press and hold power key to Turn off your Vivo y11 mobile phone.

2. Press and hold volume up + power key until turn on the device.

3. when fast boot menu appear release power key.

4. Now Press volume key to Select Recovery mode.

5. Select Clear Data using your finger.

6. This Step Select Clear all data and wait for new page

7. when you see new page click ok and wait until finish the process.

8. wait until finish the process.

9. then return the menu and one by one clear data and restore all settings. then go back to the main menu and select restart.
